    1. 1. CHANGES TO COURSE OUTLINE
      TransAfrican Fibre Services reserves the right to make changes to the course outline, for the benefit of students, at any given time, without prior notification and without furnishing reasons


    2. 2. FEES
      The course fees are fixed. All fees for course enrolments must be paid in full to secure student placement. Due to limited enrolment numbers per course, payment is required within three (3) working days of issue of invoice, after which the space will be made available to other applicants. All payments must be made in full and reflect in TransArican Fibre Services’ account by the Friday before the course commences on the Monday before attendance will be granted. Unfortunately TransAfrican Fibre Services does not provide payment plans or terms.


    3. 3. TRAINING MATERIAL
      The training material is included in the course fees and becomes the property of the student. All rights are reserved and protected under copyright law. No part of the training material may be reproduced, retrieved, transmitted or used in any form or by any means (graphically or otherwise) without written permission of TransAfrican Fibre Services.


    4. 4. RIGHTS TO CANCEL THE COURSE
      The undersigned parties accept that they will be held liable for the full course fees should the applicant cancel his/her registration seven (7) days prior to commencement date of the course. Cancellation will only be accepted in writing addressed to Justin Hartley (justin@transafrican.co.za).


    5. 5. INSUFFICIENT DEMAND/ENROLMENTS
      TransAfrican Fibre Services has the right in its sole discretion, to postpone or cancel a course as advertised and offered, on the basis of insufficient demand/enrolment.


    6. 6. INDEMNITY
      The student/sponsor acknowledges that the student may be exposed to risks in the event of workshops, training, field trips, travelling, etc. The student and the undersigned payer(s) hereby waive all claims against TransAfrican Fibre Services owners and employees for any damages or loss suffered while the student is, or as the result of being, a student of this institution, resulting in death, mental harm or arising from physical injury, or illness suffered by the student or any other person. Such consequences include any loss, destruction of or damage to any property belonging to the student or any other person howsoever the damage or loss is caused by, but is not limited to, the negligence of TransAfrican Fibre Services or any official employee or representative of this institution.


    7. 7. DECLARATION
      The student and undersigned payer(s) understand, accept and agree:
      7.1 that they also declare that the information in this application form/registration contract is complete and correct; and
      7.2 that they have studied the course fees and accepted these fees,
      the terms and conditions.
